| 摘 要： | 在苯乙烯、二乙烯苯多孔聚合物微球表面键联中性一缩二乙二醇制成新型亲水性液相色谱固定相，并对固定相的刚性、溶胀性、物质分离的选择性以及孔径对柱效的影响进行了评价．改性聚苯乙烯填料具有柱效高、刚性好、化学性能稳定的特点，适合于芳香胺、酚类化合物的分离．

| Abstract: | A new packing material for high performance liquid chromatography by covalent bonding of monoplyethylene glycol to the surface of porous polystyrene-divinyl-benzene beads is obtained. This packing material has the advantages of high efficiency,good rigidity and stable chemical properties, and can be applied to separation of aromatic amine and phenol. |
