村民自治异化探析

村民自治是中国共产党领导农民群众创立的、具有中国特色的农村基层民主最基本的形式，实行二十多年来取得了巨大成就。但由于制度因素的制约、经济因素的困扰。使目前的村民自治在实践中出现了乡镇政府越权行为、两委关系失调、宗族势力渗入、贿选、村务公开“虚化”等异化现象。为使村民自治走出异化怪圈。应透视步云、雅安现象，两面看贿选，加强制度供给，促使村民自治在健康的道路上发展进步。
