| 摘 要： | <万国公法>于幕末传到日本以后,不仅成为幕府处理外交的有利工具,还成为明治政府制定政策的参考书.<万国公法>在明治初年发布的官方文件中、在外交活动的巧妙运用上,以及小学校的教育科目中都留下了痕迹,这一切都侧面地反映了<万国公法>在明治初期的存在实态.

| Abstract: | When it had been introduced to Bakumatsu Japan,"International Law" became not only the beneficial tool of dealing with foreign affairs for shogunate,but also policy-making reference books of the Meiji government. "International Law" left traces in the official document issued in the early years of Meiji,in the clever use of diplomatic activities,and in primary school educational subjects,which from different sides reflected the existence of state of "International Law " in the early Meiji. |
