| 摘 要： | 简要地介绍了人民主权思想的诞生和发展,表明它是近代民主思想的一面旗帜。我国的人民代表大会制度是我国的根本政治制度,它和人民主权原则体现的精神是和谐统一的。人民代表大会制度适合我国的国情和现实发展需要,体现了巨大的优越性和旺盛的生命力。在新的历史条件下,我们既要继续坚持人民代表大会制度不动摇,同时也要从一些方面促进和完善人大制度的建设,使其发挥更大的作用。

| Abstract: | The article introduce people with People's sovereignty right birth and development,indicating that it is a modern democratic flag of sovereignty brief.The poeple's congress system of our country is a fundamental political system of our country.It's spirit and the principle of people's sovereign is harmonious and unified.The poeple's congress system is suitable for our country's conditions and reality and have reflected enormous superiority and vigorous vitality.Under the new historical condition,we should continue insisting the poeple's congress system and at the same time promote and improve the construction of the system of the People's Congress from some respects,making it give greater value. |
