| 摘 要： | 在 2 1世纪市场竞争日益激烈 ,市场需求日趋多样化、用户化 ,新型的企业模式———虚拟企业必将代替传统的企业模式。本文界定了虚拟企业的涵义 ,介绍了虚拟企业的产生 ,分析了虚拟企业的特点 ,阐述了虚拟企业的经营方式 ,最后探讨了如何构建虚拟企业。

| Abstract: | In the 21st Century, competition between enterprises becomes increasingly intense, and the market demands become more versatile and user-oriented. Therefore, the new enterprise model -Virtual enterprises is bound to replace the old enterprises model. In this paper, the author introduces the definition of Virtual enterprises as well as the formation and the management mode of it ,and finally recommends the method of constructing a Virtual enterprises. |
