| 摘 要： | 人的全面发展同时是一个价值选择和价值认同的过程，共享价值观在全社会的确立标志着价值认同的实现，而价值认同的实现依赖价值整合的有效性。执政党在价值整合进程中的方式方法、目标选择和实践路径，将会对共享价值观的确立和人的全面发展产生深刻的影响。

| Abstract: | Abstract ： Man＇s all-round development is at the same time a process of value choice and recognition. Only when the shared outlook on values is deep-rooted can the recognition of values be realized. However, the recognition of values is subject to the effective integration of values. For the ruling party, his choice of methods, goals and means during the integration of values will exert profound influence upon the formation of shared outlook on values and man＇s all-round development. |
