从学术转型看我国现代大学制度的肇始

晚清时期我国现代大学的产生，虽然深受外来因素和人为因素的直接影响，但其实质是当时我国传统学术转型的结果，是新学制度化的产物。新学是学术转型过程中的一个重要过渡形态，是清末民初时期旧教育制度改革和新教育制度建设的学术资源。新学的过渡性使初创的现代大学在学科设置、教学组织和管理规制等方面具有现代性，但其自身浓厚的功利性和封建性制约了现代大学的发展，使其停留在肇始阶段。
