| 摘 要： | 1967年《外空条约》生效至今恰好四十年，值此时机有必要总结国际空间法的现状，并展望其发展趋向。自1961年以来，在联合国和平利用步卜层空间委员会（外空委）的主持下，国际空间立法成就斐然，初步建立起国际空间法律体系。但国际空间法也面临着诸多问题，部分缘于自身的缺陷，更多的是空间活动的深入发展和性质变化带来的冲击。种种现象表明，国际空间法日益呈现软法化和分散化的发展趋势，应当顺应发展趋势解决有关的问题。
