广东省城乡居民口语夹用英语单词情况调查研究

语言之间的相互借用乃至夹用,是语言发展的一个普遍现象,在汉语语境中夹用英语单词的情况已屡见不鲜。通过对广东省广州市、汕头市和汕头市澄海区莲上镇这三个城市化程度依次递减的地区居民口语中英语单词的夹用情况的实地调查,探寻这一语言现象在不同社会经济环境中的异同表现,并分析其成因。

Survey and Research of Colloquial Chinese Mixed with English Words in Urban and Rural Areas in Guangdong

Mutual loaning and blending between languages is a universal phenomenon in the development of languages.It is not a rare case that the context of Chinese involves English words.This paper conducted an investigation of the residents in Guangzhou City,Shantou City and Lianshang Town in Chenghai District of Shantou City about their practical situations of using Chinese while occasionally mixing English words.The three places are decreasingly urbanized.The paper explores the similar and different embodiments of this sort of language phenomenon in different social and economic circumstances and analyzes their causes.
