摘    要:随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建成和完善 ,以及我国加入 WTO后各项体制的深入改革和相关机制的建立运行 ,我国企业之间人才的竞争将日趋激烈。国有企业面临着骨干人才严重流失的困扰。因此 ,要深入分析人才流向 ,探寻国企人才流失的原因 ,采取切实有效的措施 ,留住骨干人才 ,以促进国有企业健康持续发展

Abstract:With the establishment of socialist market economy system in China, and the reform of various institutions as well as operation of relative mechanisms after China's WTO entry, talent competition among enterprises is keen and brain drain of state owned enterprises has become an issue urgent to be solved. Therefore, the direction of the flow of talents should be analyzed to explore the cause of brain drain of the state owned enterprises, and feasible measures, in order to realize the sustainable development of state owned enterprises.
