| 摘 要： | 自1920陈独秀转向马克思主义之后,在人权观上也表现出与此前完全不同的旨趣.他批判自由主义人权观,提出通过阶级战争建立人民政权以实现人民的权利,指出只有社会主义才能解决女权问题,阐发了无产阶级的民族自决权观点,同时侧重诉求劳农阶级的权利,尤其是第二代人权.这些主张表明,"五四"后期陈独秀的人权思想是马克思主义的.
