| 摘 要： | 面对战略机遇期对高校提出的机遇与挑战,如何发挥高校领导班子在学校改革与发展中的领导作用,成为人们关注 的重要课题。本文从高校领导班子的结构、素质等微观方面出发,分析了班子合力建设的理念,探讨了影响合力建设的关系 问题,提出了如何切实加强班子合力建设的基本路径。

| Abstract: | How to develop the administrative leadership when colleges and universities carry out a reform and development, especially during the strategical time full of oppotunities and challenges. It is gradually becoming an important problem that people pay attention to. From the micro - perspectives of the structure and quality of leadership in colleges and universities, this article has analyzed the ideas of constructing with joint forces, discussed the retation of factored which influence upon it and suggested some practical ways to reinforce the joint forces. |
