宁波市高新技术产业发展战略研究

宁波市地处沿海经济发达地区 ,近几年来高新技术产业发展迅速 ,但缺乏有力的科技支撑。面临科技突飞猛进和科技成果产业化加速的新形势 ,应围绕产业结构的战略性调整 ,以企业为主体、市场需求为导向、技术创新为动力、产品创新为切入点 ,发展高新技术产业与应用高新技术改造传统产业并举 ,引进与创新相结合 ,推进高新技术产业国际化 ,大力发展高新技术产业。以电子信息产业、新材料产业为重点 ,以加快科技项目引进与转化、大力扶持高新技术企业、积极培育科技型中小企业、推进科技园区建设为着力点 ,加快发展高新技术产业 ;以信息技术推广应用为重点 ,加快先进制造技术、新材料技术、现代装备与工艺的应用 ,加强共性、关键技术攻关 ,改造提升传统优势产业 ;以加快科技创新体系建设、完善科技发展环境为着力点 ,加大政府对高新技术产业发展的推动力度

Study of the development strategy of New & High tech industries in the city of Ningbo

Ningbo, located in the economy-advanced coastal area and having been developing rapidly in new & high-tech industries, is still short of strong scientific and technological support. In the new situation of rapid development of science and technology and the promotion of the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, Ningbo is conducting the development strategy of developing the new & high-tech industries to a new level and meanwhile applying the new & high- tech to modify the traditional industries, with focus on information technology, new material industry and technology, application of modern equipment and techniques, etc. It will also introduce some advanced technologies so as to speed up the internationalization of new & high-tech. Those medium and small -sized enterprises and scientific and technological parks will be supported as one of the strategies too.
