| 摘 要： | 东西部高校＂对口支援＂政策的执行需要相关条件作支撑,必要的政策资源、顺从的目标群体、执行人员的素质和工作态度、受援高校与支援高校的沟通和协调及政策执行的环境等都是这项政策执行需要的条件。但是在现实执行中依然存在一些问题,影响了东西部高校＂对口支援＂工作的开展,分析问题、提出解决策略,对双方学校的发展大有稗益。

| Abstract: | The east-west university ＂counterpart aid＂ plan implementation needs correlative conditions to support,such as necessary policy resources,biddable object colony,diathesis and attitude of executor,communication and cooperation between the supporting school and the recipient school and so on.However,there are some problems which will affect its development.It is beneficial for the development of both sides to analyze these problems and provide strategy. |
