| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪新阶段,中国共产党明确提出了"以人为本"的思想,这是中国特色社会主义的发展理念、执政理念和价值理念,也是马克思主义中国化的最新成果。研究中国共产党"以人为本"执政理念的实践路径,探讨落实以人为本执政理念反映在经济、政治、文化与社会建设中的实践要求,对我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设,都具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。

| Abstract: | Entering the new century,the Communist Party of China clearly stated the "people-oriented" thinking,which is the concept,with Chinese socialism characteristics,for development and governing,and is also the latest achievements in sinicized Marxism.It has important theoretical and practical value for China’s reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction to study the practice path of the "people-oriented" governance concept and its practice requirements reflected in the economic,political,cultural and social construction. |
