畲村经济转型制度性措施分析

畲村经济因结构性差异而明显滞后于当地汉族。为加速畲村由传统生存型农业向现代产业化农业的经济转型，最终缩小畲汉发展差距，畲区政府有必要采取如下几个相互协同的措施予以制度性支持：首先是政府职能的合理配置与有效运作；其次是农业发展战略转型与山林资源的深度开发；再者是农业科技推广体系与风险防御机制的建立及完善；最后是农产品市场体系与流通体制的建设及完善。

Analysis of the Institutional Measures in the Economic Transition of She Villages

She villages lags well behind Han villages in economic condition due to the differences in economic structure.To speed up the economic transition of She villages from traditional subsistence agriculture to modern industrialized agriculture,and ultimately minimize the economic gap between She and Han,it is the She government’s onus to adopt coordinating measures and provide institutional support in the following aspects: firstly,the appropriate allocation and effective operation of government functions;secondly,the strategic transition of agriculture mode and the full exploration of mountain forest resources;thirdly,the establishment and improvement of the popularization system of agricultural technology and risk-proof system,and finally,the construction and completion of agricultural marketing system.
