| 摘 要： | 目前，职业生涯规划教育越来越受到教育行政部门及地方高校的重视。本文探讨了职业生涯规划教育的内涵和意义，系统地分析了当前地方高校在职业生涯规划教育方面所面临的困境，并提出了相应对策。
