An Analysis on the Mutual Potency of Technology and Law

Viewed from the angle of systematology, technology and law are the two subsystems of the society, which function and interact with each other, promoting the progress and development of the society. This Paper begins with the conception and relationship between technology and law, formulating their mutual potency in the society.
