| Abstract: | Natural Semantic Metalanguage postulated by Anna Wierzbicka holds that conceptrelies on languages .Meaning is the constructive phenomenon which can be paraphrased and analyzed directly by semantic primes and it represents the general properties of human cognition .To Natural Semantic Metalanguage ,syntax reflects and encodes the semantic patterns and think ing styles of the particular language and determines the cognitive patterns of the language to certain extent. |
