摘    要:人才工作是顺利推进高校改革与发展的关键,是强校之本,因此,必须深刻理解人才工作的内涵,明确高等教育在人才强国战略中的责任,打造一支高层次的师资队伍,培养优秀人才。

Abstract:Human resource management is the essence and key on invigorating universities and advancing the reform and develpment of higher schools smoothly and successfully,so we must deepen our comprehension on its connotation,definite the role of higher education in the course of implementing the strategies on strengthening socialist country,constructing a group of high qualified persons to teach and cultivating excellent talented persons.
