城市中小学教师职业态度的现状调查与分析

摘    要:"教师职业态度"问卷由职业认知、职业声望、职业情感、职业行为倾向、职业吸引五个因素组成,共28个题。本研究被试为城市中小学教师,共472名。结果显示:中小学教师职业态度总的情况较好,约有一半以上的被试持积极肯定的态度,只有极少数被试持否定态度。职业吸引有一半教师不认可。不同性别、不同学校(小学、初中和高中)、不同教龄教师职业态度都有一定的差异。不同学历教师职业态度无差异。在对调查结果进行分析的基础上,提出提高教师职业态度的若干建议。

Abstract:The subjects of this study were 472 teachers of urban primary and secondary schools.The questionnaire about "Teachers' Occupational Attitude" was composed of five factors: occupational cognition,occupational prestige,occupational emotion,occupational conduct orientation and occupational attraction,including a total of 28 topics.The results showed that the general situation of primary and secondary teachers' occupational attitude was good and the majority of subjects held the positive attitude while only few of them held the negative attitude.Teachers of different genders and from different schools had certain differences on occupational attitude.However,teachers with different kinds of diploma had the same occupational attitude.Based on the analysis of the survey result,this paper proposed some suggestions for enhancing teachers'occupational attitude.
