扩招后高等教育质量问题的哲学思考

质量与数量是高等教育发展中的一对矛盾，扩招既使高等教育获得了跨越式发展，也带来一系列影响高等教育质量的问题。要实现数量与质量同步提高和可持续的发展，必须多渠道筹措办学资金，改善办学条件；确立科学的高等教育质量观念，坚持质量优先；优化办学结构，突出办学特色；完善质量保障体系，加强质量管理。
