| 摘 要： | 辅导员作为一种特殊的职业,同属于两个组织,即学校组织和学生组织.辅导员要顺利开展工作,必须具备相应的公共关系意识.辅导员公共关系意识的内涵,包括全局和形象意识、沟通和交流意识、服务和互利意识以及创新和发展意识.学校和辅导员本身都应有意识地培养辅导员公共关系意识.
