| 摘 要： | 文章运用供应链管理和并行工程的思想和方法,提出了对供应链各个环节进行并行工程集成的方案,文章认为业务流程重组是SCM与CE集成的基础,同时对集成的环境建设以及团队精神的重要性做了相应的分析。

| Abstract: | SCM and CE are useful management concepts for Chinese enterprises to reform their tradition management. CE is a systemic method, which emphasize on unifying and concurrent design of all process. It caters for competitive and changeful modern market. SCM views enterprises business as a close connected supply chain, focusing on whole process management. Those two management methods both have some disadvantages. However, the integration of SCM and CE can make the two management methods helping and affecting each other. We discuss detailed functions and schemes of the integration in this paper and analyze the integration environment on internet. |
