| 摘 要： | 技术创新过程是商业秘密的重要源头,商业秘密权的保护也是促进技术创新的重要手段。作为技术创新主体,特别是企业不仅应对取得、利用、管理和保护商业秘密权的时间、方式和地域等问题做出保护性战略选择,而且还应在机构、人员、制度和手段等方面选择或采取一系列保护策略。

| Abstract: | The process of technological innovation is one of important sources to generate trade secrets, and also the protection for trade secret can promote technical improvement. Any entity engaged in renovation, specially for those enterprises, should not only choose the best protecting strategies for time, mode and place--these factors concerning the procurement, utilization, management and approaches of business secrets, but also take a series of protecting tactics in organization, talents, institution and means, etc. |
