实施素质教育 优化生物学教学

摘    要:根据素质教育的要求,结合生物学科的特点,阐述了优化生物学教学必须实施素质教育,并提出了优化生物学教学对教师、学生、教学管理部门的要求及优化生物学教学的具体措施:教师必须转变观念,提高自身素质,建立以学生为主体的教学体系,发挥学生的自主能动性,同时,必须加强教学管理,建立与时代相适应的培养模式,采取激励机制,以促进教学方法改革的实施。

Abstract:On the basis of the requirements of quality-oriented education,this paper analyses the features of biology science,with the conclusion that it is necessary to improve the method of biological teaching.And the requirements and concrete measures to improve biological teaching were probed in this paper,namely,the teachers must improve themselves and own a new sense to set up a system in which students are oriented and with self-consciousness.In one way,for the administration departments,te culturing pattern must be adapted to the currency.In another way,the encouraging mechanism must be taken into consideration in order to carry out the biology teaching reformation.
