| 摘 要： | 世界遗产存在“重申报、轻管理”的现象,本研究将遗产保护绩效、遗产利用的经济贡献、遗产利用的社会效益作为评价“世界自然遗产地治理绩效”的三个一级指标并据此建立指标体系,以世界自然遗产地武陵源为例进行了尝试性应用,评估结论认为武陵源的治理绩效与世界遗产资源管理要求存在一定的差距。

| Abstract: | World heritage site management and evaluation has not been paid enough attention to for lack of evaluation indicators in China. The paper establishes the evaluation system including the indicators of heritage protection, heritage usage contribution to the society, heritage usage contribution to the host community's economy. The indicators are applied to evaluate the world heritage Wulingyuan, it argues that Wulingyuan's governance is at the level of low efficiency. |
