| 摘 要： | 按绩效原则,政府规模理性选择的位置应落在它带来的成本适度和绩效最大的那一点上,也就是边际政府交易成本和边际市场交易成本相等的那一点上。政府规模过大必然导致政府成本增加,无效成本扩大,政府绩效降低,还意味着可能的政府失败及社会与市场的萎缩。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the principle of government achievement,the rational selection of government scale should make government cost suitable and make government achievement greatest.That is to say,when margin government business cost is equal to margin market business cost,government scale is proper.That government scale is too big is bound to bring about bigger government cost and lower government achievement.It means the failure of government and the shrivel of society and market. |
