| 摘 要： | 科学发展是社会主义的本质要求。社会主义要求共同富裕 ,既包含经济发展提高效率 ,又包含社会发展保障公平 ,它包含自然、经济与社会的协调平衡发展。科学发展观强调“以人为本 ,全面、协调、可持续发展” ,反映了社会主义本质的内在要求 ,实现共同富裕必须坚持科学发展观。
