| 摘 要： | 实现农地承包经营权自由流转是新农村建设的现实要求。为实现农地承包经营权自由流转,从程序法角度对农地承包经营权流转主体、流转方式、流转合同、流转组织机构等方面问题进行分析,提出实现农地承包经营权自由流转的法律建议。

| Abstract: | Achieving a free flow of contractual operation right of rural land is the real requirements of the new rural area construction.From the perspective of the procedural law,this paper analyzes the free flow subjects,modes,contracts,and management organizations,and proposes legal advice to realize a free flow of contractual operation right of rural land. |
