| 摘 要： | 企业管理认识实习是经管类专业人才培养计划中规定的重要实践性教学环节。对经管类专业企业管理认识实习监控体系构建的必要性进行分析,提出全过程、全方位和多层次的监控体系构建的思路,探讨该监控体系运行的具体内容,并提出推进监控体系实施的策略。

| Abstract: | Cognition practice of business management is an important practice teaching programme for the talent training of the specialties of econmics and management.This paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of the monitoring system for cognition practice of business management and puts forward the ideas of the construction of a whole-process,comprehensive and muilti-level monitoring system.This paper also studies the specific content and strategies for the monitoring system. |
