| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析我国当前毕业生的就业状况 ,重点分析了女大学生面临的就业机会不均等、就业竞争不公平、保证体制不完善、法律法规滞后等严峻形势 ,给女大学生就业造成了较大的压力。提出通过对女大学生的就业指导和维护女大学生的合法权益 ,为切实做好女大学生就业工作指明了方向

| Abstract: | This article discusses the status of graduates who want to be employed in our country nowadays, mainly analyses those reasons such as unequal employment opportunity, the unfair competition,the imperfect protection system, and the lag of laws and rules,which could make difficulty for female undergraduate in enploylment.Consequently,it shows clearly the direction of fulfilling the employment job of female undergraduate by strengthening employment guidance of female undergraduate and protecting legal rights and interests for female undergraduate. |
