| Abstract: | The higher education in the field of publication in Germany falls mainly under the control of universities and vocational colleges. Universities are mainly in charge of fostering the students' ability of analyzing and solving problems independently, to make sure that they turn into academic talents; the vocational colleges take to them the job of training the students' ability in practice so that they will be qualified as pragmatic talents who meet the requirements of their future jobs. |
