| 摘 要： | 解决委托代理关系一直是财务管理的一个重要问题,围绕激励机制,系统地介绍了经济增加值及其计算方法,探讨了经济增加值在解决代理问题的优越性。针对中国的现实环境提出了利用EVA激励机制设定目标奖金、建立奖金库、建立仿真股票等解决所有者与经营者利益冲突方面的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Agent-principal relationship is an important financial problem.This paper introduces the conception of EVA and the calculation method of EVA based on encouragement mechanism.Subsequently,the author discusses the superiority of EVA on resolution of the agent-principal problem.At last,some effective measures are put forward such as establishing object prize,prize databases and emulation stock in order to eliminate the conflict between the owner and the operator. |
