高校体育选项课教学模式探讨与分析

通过对高校体育选项课教学模式进行调查和分析，发现虽然选项课教学模式能充分调动学生参与体育学习的积极性，但同时也存在许多问题如易使学生选择项目过于集中，导致场地、师资的不足，不利于学生全面素质的提高。本文通过全面分析，提出建议和对策，希望对体育教学改革起到借鉴和推动作用。

Research on Optional P.E. Class Teaching in University

This paper , based on the investigation and study optional P. E. class teaching model in 6 UNIVERSITYs in Shaanxi, discovered the optional class model can improve the students to participate the sports with full enthusiasm, but it also has some problems for it is easy to make many students choose the project and it can cause insufficiency use of the sports field and teachers. This article puts forward some advices and strategies to the improvement of P. E teaching.
