| 摘 要： | 在高校教师培养领域，实施超常规培养策略，引入一种人才培养的特殊方式，作为主体培养方式的有效补充，实现高层次创造性人才培养的“短”、“平”、“快”，有其积极意义。“超常规培养”符合市场经济条件下教师培养的一般特性，因而具有必要性和可行性。
