| 摘 要： | 在我国民事诉讼中,为了保障判决结果的顺利实现、维护当事人的合法权益,法律明确规定了财产保全制度。然而,究竟可以选择何种财产保全的担保方式,各地法院对此的要求不尽相同,从而导致对当事人民事权益平等保护的缺失。从理论与实际出发,就我国民事诉讼财产保全中信誉担保机制的引入提出相关建议。
