加快产城融合 全面提升辽宁省新型城镇化质量

积极稳妥地推进城镇化建设,加快产城融合,提高新型城镇化质量是加快辽宁供给侧结构性改革的重要内容,也是遏制全省经济进一步下滑的重要举措。从城镇化、产业、人三个层面分析辽宁省产城融合发展现状,深入剖析辽宁省产城融合存在的主要问题,根据实证研究结果,导出产城融合拉动辽宁经济增长的效应,提出加快产城融合、全面提高辽宁省新型城镇化质量的对策建议。

Speeding up integration between industry and city and comprehensively increasing quality of new-type urbanization of Liaoning Province

It is an important part of accelerating the structural reform of the supply side of Liaoning to advance the construction of urbanization actively and soundly, to speed up the integration between industry and city, and to improve the quality of new urbanization, which is also an important measure to contain the further decline of economy in Liaoning. The status quo of the integration between industry and city in Liaoning is analyzed from three perspectives of urbanization, industry, and people. The main problems of the integration between industry and city in Liaoning are analyzed in depth. According to the results of empirical study, the effect is derived that the economic growth in Liaoning is pulled by the integration between industry and city, the measures and suggestionss are proposed for speeding up the integration between industry and city and increasing the quality of new-type urbanization of Liaoning Province.
