基于因子分析法的我国各省市科技服务业发展水平研究

摘    要:为对辽宁省科技服务业发展水平进行客观有效的评价,选取科技服务业的发展环境、发展规模、投入以及产出4个维度建立科技服务业评价指标体系,并利用因子分析法比较辽宁省科技服务业在全国31个省市中的发展水平,结果表明辽宁省应加大对科技服务业的人才及经费的投入力度,培育科技服务企业及机构的核心竞争力,推进其市场化的进程。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the development level of science and technology service industry in Liaoning Province objectively and effectively, the four dimensions including the development climate, development scale, investment, and output of science and technology service industry are selected to establish the evaluation index system of science and technology industry. The development level of Liaoning Province is compared with those of the remaining 31 Provinces, Autonomous Regions and Municipalities by using factor analysis method. The conclusions are that more talents and investment should be put in science and technology service industry; that the core competence of scientific and technological service enterprises and institutions should be cultivated; and that the process of marketing should be promoted in Liaoning Province.
