大学新生心理健康状况及教育对策研究

以佛山科学技术学院2005级新生为调查对象,分析大学新生的心理健康状况,结果显示:(1)新生自我认知不够健全;(2)学业进展过程中出现“焦虑;”(3)社会适应能力欠佳。要解决以上问题可以从以下方面入手:(1)增强学生对自我的全面认知;(2)树立正确的学习观念;(3)完善社群认同及提高社群适应能力。

Research on Psychological Health Condition and Education for the University Freshmen

The measurements for 1 083 freshmen of 2005 class are carried through by UPI method.The results of measurements show that the basic condition of the freshmen's psychological health in our university is good.But there exist some problems: 1)unbealthy self-recognition;2)anxiety in study;3)lack of social adaptability.The solution to them are:1)strengthening students' self-recognition;2)cultivating right study view;3)perfecting social identification and improving their adaptability.
