| 摘 要： | 近几年,随着农业劳动生产率的不断提高,农业剩余劳动力向外转移已经成为农村中十分普遍的现象.但是,在我国由于农村劳动力的文化素质和综合素质普遍偏低,在农业剩余劳动力向外转移的过程中出现了一些不尽如人意的问题.因此,提高农民的自身素质就成为农业剩余劳动力转移过程中具有十分重要意义的大问题.

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the improvement of the agricultural productivity,the transfer of the surplus labor forced in farm comes into our mind.But in the our country, the culture character of the village labor force with synthesize the character widespread and low,during the course of the transfer task,it appears some serious problems.Therefore,increases the character of the farmer become the agriculture surplus labor force transfers to have the big problem of the very important meaning in the process. |
