法夫酵母产虾青素发酵培养基的优化

摘    要:为研究碳源和氮源对法夫酵母产虾青素的影响,采用单因素实验和均匀实验设计对培养基进行优化,结果表明:蔗糖是法夫酵母生长的最佳碳源,葡萄糖是虾青素在细胞内积累的最佳碳源,其最佳浓度为30g/L;最佳的氮源组成是硫酸铵4.9g/L、蛋白胨6.2g/L、酵母膏1g/L,虾青素的含量达6.78mg/L,摇瓶发酵产率提高了1.8倍左右。

Abstract:Single factor experiment and uniform design methods were employed to investigate the effects of nitrogen and carbon source on astaxanthin accumulation by Phaffia rhodozyma and optimize the medium composition. The results indicated that saccharose could improve the cell growth obviously, but glucose increase astax- anthin biosynthesis, the optimal concentration was 30 g/L. The optimal nitrogen composition was (NH4)zSO4, peptome and yeast extract, and the concentration was 4.9g/L, 6.2 g/L and 0. 1 g/L,respectively,the yield of astaxanthin was about 6.78rag/L, and increased by about 1.8 times.
