| 摘 要： | 当前世界各国的华侨队伍有了新的变化。海外留学生则是正在形成的新一代“华侨”。随着改革开放的不断深入,这类人群将越来越庞大,那么在爱国主义的旗帜下如何做好这类人群的联谊工作,将是一项长期的战略性任务。我们要加强对他们的争取工作和联谊工作。加强对各级党政干部的统战教育,争取一切可以团结的力量,使他们从不同的途径服务祖国,报效桑梓。
