摘    要:心理学家们关于心理结构的研究,提出人的行为动力由"自我动力"与"超我动力"共同构成。自我动力产生"自我价值观",它以是否"利己"作为一切判断的标准,因而使人产生自私和利己的行为;超我动力产生"超我价值观",它以是否"利他"作为一切判断的标准,因而使人产生无私和利他的行为。显然,将管理制度与文化理念紧密结合,就能从员工的自我动力与超我动力两个方面有效激发与控制员工的行为。利用这种机理,可以指导我们设计出有效的管理体系:"自我与超我结合,文化与制度并重的管理体系"。

Abstract:Psychologists, through the study on the psychology structure, put forward that human being's behavior is controlled by the combination of self power and super self power. Self-power, producing sense of self-value, judges everything by the rule-whether it is expediency or not, so it makes people selfish. On the country, super self-power, making super self value sense, judges things by if it is good to others, so it makes selfless. Obviously, combining management system with cultural sense can cultivate and control staff's behavior effectively from both self power and super self-power. So this kind of mechanism can help design more effective management system-that is "linking self with super self, attaching importance of both culture and system."
