我国企业债券融资优势的理论分析与政策建议

债券融资已成为我国企业融资的重要方式.近几年来,我国企业债券取得了较大的发展,但还存在诸多问题,这导致我国资本市场出现债券融资滞后的现象.本文分析了企业债券融资的比较优势,同时针对当前制约我国债券市场发展的因素,从七个方面提出了相关政策建议,旨在进一步促进我国企业债券融资优势的发挥.

Making full Use of Financing Advantages of Corporate Bonds:Theoretical Analysis and Policy Recommendations

Bond financing has become an important mode of financing.In recent years,China has made considerable development of corporate bonds,but there are still many problems,which led to the phenomenon.of lagging financing bonds in China's capital market.At first,This paper analyzes the comparative advantages of bond financing,and then,make seven aspects policy proposals in view of the Restriction factors of China's bond market,,to further promote the development of China's bond market.
