| 摘 要： | 该文以一定的经验材料为基础,从社会心理学的角度,对农民工群体的社会认同进行了较深入的分析。农民工群体因何处于一种矛盾而又特殊的地位?城市居民群体对农民工群体的歧视究竟从何而来?农民工群体如何在劣势地位中选择社会认同策略?该文对这些问题作了一定的回答。

Why on earth the urbanites discriminate the urban migrant worker group? How the urban migrant worker group select the tactics of social identity in the inferior status. |
