研究范式多元化与中国近现代史研究的新动向——民国时期河北高等法院档案研究摭言

The Application and Digging up of New Data and Studies on China's Modern History (topic for special discussion)

Zhu Wen-tong explores the multi-research modes and new tendency of China's modern history according to the archives from cases of Hebei High Court in the Republic of China(1912-1949).Xiao Hong-song gives multi-interpretations of opium smoking and then points out that there were 300,000 smokers of opium.Wang Xiao-mei,based on some cases of bankruptcy,gives a further and wide analysis of Law of Bankruptcy made by Nanjing Government of Kuomintang.Ren Ji-dong interprets the gradual changes of Tianjin's land bonds as well as collisions and combination between tradition and modernization in the process of urbanization.Pei Zan-fen gives some explorations of inheritance by adopted son in law practice and inheritance by daughter,showing that the idea of inheritance law had been into practice from law text in the Republic of China.
