我国辩护律师参与侦查程序的改革与完善

20世纪 60年代以来 ,世界多数国家都扩大了辩护律师参与刑事侦查程序的范围。我国现行刑事诉讼法对辩护律师参与侦查的范围规定过于狭窄和原则 ,不符合司法民主化的世界潮流。为此 ,应在坚持社会主义法律性质的前提下 ,改革并完善我国辩护律师参与侦查程序的具体规定 ,使之能够体现我国刑事诉讼的诸项价值目标

Since nineteen sixties,Laws of most countries haoe widened the advocate's involvement in criminal inoestigqtion,but the operative law of criminal procedure of China only provides a limited scope and somc abstract principles.for the advocate's involioement in criminal investigation,which is contrary to the world's judicial democratizection erend.So whils holding on to the essence of our socialist lewos,reforming and improving the stipulections concerning the aduocate's engagement in criminal inveseigation is a mucst so ehat the alcerations can embody the veclue of china's criminal procedural law.
