和谐社会与中国旅游业发展的新取向

在认真反思中国旅游业发展中的不和谐问题的基础上，按照构建和谐社会的要求，分析并阐述旅游业的战略地位和战略方向，得出发展中国和谐旅游业的创新思考，即必须建立科学的和谐旅游业的评价体系，强化旅游业独特的社会文化职能，坚持文明消费、社区友好与诚信服务三位一体的和谐旅游观，并把解决旅游区的“三农”问题作为发展和谐旅游的战略重点。

Development strategy of tourism based on harmonious society

According to the demand of constructing the harmonious society,on the ground of analyzing the unharmonious problems of tourism,the paper expounded the status quo and historical restriction of tourism development.It pointed out that China must perfect scientific system of industry evaluation on tactic innovation,persist in sustainable development of tourism,intensify tourism function on society and culture,insist on the harmonious tourism concept that three factors: civilized consumption,amicable community and honest service,should be integrated,the benefit of the people in tourism areas should be considered and the solution of three agricultural problems should be regarded as a key tactic.
