| Abstract: | Reforming and opening in China has over twenty years ,Legal system construction of minority in China has made a great achievement .But it has many problems .So strengthen legal system construction of minority ,and make necessary amendments to legal system of minority ,it is the needs of constructing socialist legal system country ,and also is inevitable demand of promoting economic development in nationality area . |
